Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, or unsealed only for inspection
- In original packaging
- With all accessories and contents included
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that have been used are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping is free, and we will provide a return label.

Change of mind / unwanted items: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Unwanted / Change of Mind Returns
If you no longer want your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
EU & UK Consumer Rights
If your order is shipped within the UK or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
