Took roughly 28 days to arrive but when it did I was pleased.
The console is fresh and brand new, with matte finishes to the plates and black on the front, instead of the usual glossy material found on most slim ps5s. Console works perfectly fine and I attatched a disc drive myself. Would recommend if you are willing to wait a while before you get your console.

Ordered a ps5 pro on 8/3/25.
Did not use 5% code on purchase and after an email request this was applied and credited to my account.
It was on back order expected delivery 5-7 day after 21/3/25. Sent three emails received respectful replies within 24-48 hours to each.
Received 7/4/25, new UK stock.
This was ordered before price increase and honoured afterwards.
Was cheapest online - was a week late but with communication. Demand is high and it is a small business I believe. Was offered a full refund if wanted.

Ordered a PS5 from Gamerium on 14th March. Although there was a delay in dispatch (it was sent on 1st April instead of the originally stated 20th March), I did receive responses from customer service after following up.
The item was shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and arrived safely. Packaging was secure and the console is in perfect, brand new condition.
Overall, despite the delay, everything arrived as expected and I’m happy with the purchase. If you don’t mind waiting a bit longer, this is a legitimate seller and you can buy with confidence.
