I recently purchased a PlayStation 5 Pro as these guys had the best price on the market. I bought mine on the 20th April and should be shipped soon. As this company back orders consoles, so they might not be the fastest but there communications are good and I received a couple of updates.
The even kindly offered to cancel my order if it takes too long. But as I’m happy to wait as I know they will honour my purchase.
Overall Gamerium is an excellent company for price but you will have to wait, which I can understand as they then don’t have to hold stock on items not needed.
Personally I will be buying from them again and they are a good company.

Well where to start with Pragmata, what a great way to kick off a new IP. From the start you’re throw straight into the action & this game utilises a new combat system that means hacking on the fly, whilst also firing on your enemies.
With themes that are of the day surrounding AI you’ll be immersed in this out of this world game. You’ll enjoy the different areas you’ll explore, with different weapons and areas to discover as you go.
Took roughly 28 days to arrive but when it did I was pleased.
The console is fresh and brand new, with matte finishes to the plates and black on the front, instead of the usual glossy material found on most slim ps5s. Console works perfectly fine and I attatched a disc drive myself. Would recommend if you are willing to wait a while before you get your console.

Did not use 5% code on purchase and after an email request this was applied and credited to my account.
It was on back order expected delivery 5-7 day after 21/3/25. Sent three emails received respectful replies within 24-48 hours to each.
Received 7/4/25, new UK stock.
This was ordered before price increase and honoured afterwards.
Was cheapest online - was a week late but with communication. Demand is high and it is a small business I believe. Was offered a full refund if wanted.

Ordered a PS5 from Gamerium on 14th March. Although there was a delay in dispatch (it was sent on 1st April instead of the originally stated 20th March), I did receive responses from customer service after following up.
The item was shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and arrived safely. Packaging was secure and the console is in perfect, brand new condition.
Overall, despite the delay, everything arrived as expected and I’m happy with the purchase. If you don’t mind waiting a bit longer, this is a legitimate seller and you can buy with confidence.
I’d recommend everyone who made a purchase from Gamerium - keep emailing them for the status!
